I am currently in the process of pursuing CORU registration. CORU registration is a comprehensive and time-consuming process. You will receive your diet within 7 days from payment. It will be delivered to the email address provided by you.
Based on your form, I'll adjust the number of meals to fit your daily schedule. Depending on the number of meals, I'll spread them 3 to 4 hours apart.
In the form, I'll ask you how much time you have available to cook and your level of skill in the kitchen. If you want, I'll add a healthy, ready-to-eat lunch to your menu to minimise the time spent in the kitchen.
I rely on products available in Ireland. In the form, I'll ask you where you usually shop. The main products we will use can be easily found in stores such as Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Dunnes Stores, and Supervalu. A healthy diet does not have to mean an expensive diet.
In the form, you will find the question: "How much time do you have to prepare meals?" I'll adjust your diet depending on how you answer these questions. For each dish, I will provide an approximate time for preparing meals.
You can buy another diet if you want to try another recipe or if you are ready for a new daily calorie value.
You can also stay on your current diet and continue with just my support.

Yes, absolutely. While exercise is essential, it's only a tiny part of the jigsaw when reaching your goals.
Even if you are not exercising, you can still change your body composition and health. Nutrition plays a more significant role than an exercise in reaching your ultimate goals, so it's no reason not to get started.
After working with me, you don't need to fear the yo-yo effect.

I'll write you down a maintenance diet, and we'll meet at the consultation, where I'll discuss the most important aspects of lifestyle after the diet.

Yes, you will be given a form with questions and a food diary before the consultation. You will get all the necessary links after booking your date.
It is worth doing basic blood tests or adding your current results (up to 6 months ago) to the form. Basic tests include: morphology, lipid profile, sugar, and thyroid tests
The consultation lasts up to one hour.
